Jordan Schultz, pictured below top right, has been awarded this year’s Orion UMC scholarship. Jordan is in his fourth year at the University of Iowa where he is an honor student studying to become a pharmacist. Since becoming a member of Orion UMC in 2006, Jordan has been active in the outreach ministries of the church by serving meals at Hope Church and filling flood buckets. He has also served as a communion acolyte and assisted many of our members to sign up as organ donors. He is pictured with his parents, Rev. Dave and Candice Schultz, and his newly confirmed brother Justin.
